Sure you've seen them mob a food relief truck and just swarm the UN guy and take what they want. Food that could of fed 1000s now feeds a dozen or is sold as folks carry off whole giant bags.
They might still try that on Guardsmen, as they will out number them the same but might think twice before rushing Marines.
Its gonna be a mob soon as no one has food n shelter, the gangs will gather up to claim what ever they want, leaving even more without.

Ahhh ok, I will admit I am unfamiliar with Haiti's history. This makes more sense, and yes, so long as the Marines' reputation precedes them I'm sure they'll think twice before trying anything
