If you're gonna cheat, don't get married; don't disrespect marriage and your wife that way. You don't
have to get married. Derek Jeter has probably slept with half of the women in Manhattan and turned down the other half. Nobody cares.
Even if you want a child, women these days will have your kid without marrying you. Look at Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan. Nobody cares if you have a child out of wedlock or whatever.
