Kinda like an office pool...but if you'd get even 5% of the members to do it, that'd be a lot...doubt you'd even get close to that. Sure, 20,000 members...but how many visit the site even once a week?
Also...I think asking a mod to use his paypal account and be responsible for that $$ is asking alot. If it were to amount to a lot of $$, the issue of taxes comes into play.
