In explanation of my post last night, the maxim needs a new oil filter housing. The old one got hit by all sorts of rocks and crap because its right on the front of the bike.

43 bucks to fix or 60 bucks to retrofit to keep the problem from happening again. Not a bad cost, but annoying because it means the bike won't be running until new years.

I hate delays...
