I would go through the classic "buy what calls to you" approach but you already knew that and if you didnt want other people's oppinions you wouldnt have made this post, LOL, sooo...

Personally I would say, in all honesty, if I were to get a new car on a budget like that i would opt for a cheap 2010 GT Mustang, im not sure what your price range is but ive seen some nice brand new GTs for about $28k and thats the best performance you'll get for that price, also leather is nice and all but its not a necessity, most people severely under estimate how nice cloth interiors are, personally i preffer cloth interior over leather interior, its just more comfortable and its not annoying at hot or cold temperatures...dont get me wrong the V6 Camaro is nice and all, especially if you opt for the Rally Sport package, but i also believe someone would quickly get tired of the V6 muscle car, no matter how sporty it is its just always gonna bug you that you couldnt get the V8, and as for the Mazda, eh, its a Mazda, they're okay transportation but who buys a car just for utility? You should buy a car to suit you and your needs, something that makes you happy, not just as an appliance

The GT Mustang would be my choice, its cheap, awsome performance for that price, completely modifiable, you can do pretty much anything to it, want it to look mean as hell? Add a shaker hood and some boss stripes. Want it to be a beast? Add a giant cam and headers. Plus the new 2010s have a really "premium" feeling interior, even if its cloth you still wont be let down at all...either go for th GT Mustang or an R/T Charger, i know people rag on the Chargers all the time but they're still great performance cars and they're 4-door cars, decent mileage, great utility cars with performance capability
