Dave, whenever you get angry, just work out. It always helps me. Nothing like working out to the point where you are too tired to be upset lol. Not just that, but pushing through the pain, always feels great afterward.
A few years ago, when I was younger, I got angry easily. I once got really mad at something, and decided to hit a concrete wall..ended up breaking three of my knuckles. One of my knuckles was broken so badly, that it was broken down the middle. I could actually pull the pieces apart. Felt weird. I learned my lesson after that lol.
Now, when I get angry, I just work out.
