So anyways, here's my plan:

Since everyone's saying cayenne pepper (and it's cheap) I think I'll start with that. I don't want it to blow all over since my kids are outside a lot, so I think I'll take the advice of the person who said to put tape upside down around the perimeter of the car. I'll put down several strip of duct tape, tape them to to floor of the carport to keep them from moving and pour the pepper all over the top of the tape. That way the pepper stays where it's supposed to be. Thanks a bunch guys (and ladies), I'll let you know how it works out.
