I do agree with what your saying. Their would have been plenty of distance at a normal speed. But, as a driver you have to use caution all the time and not anticipate anything. I am not on the cops side at all on this. I just feel that if the kids were truly paying attention, they would have just watch that ass drive on by. One thing this should show all of us is that speeding is very dangerous and will effect many people when something goes wrong.
