Toà be cynical BUT honest, peopel who drink drive and die are not much of an interest to me. Let's say it's Darwin's theory, natural selection, the best lives, the idiot dies. Overall that's good for the human race I guess.
My only concern is about people who might be involved in accident caused by drunk drivers.

Overall, you can change the law, make it more or less restrictive, laws will never be able to fight stupidity. And laws will always restict smart people liberty. That's why laws exist
