Yeah have them drink when they are young get em really drunk and make em puke so they never want to do it again haha im just messin but all my friends that are at least 21 or older say its not as fun to drink when you are allowed to do it so maybe if it is lowered kids wouldn't think it was so fun kinda like would it be fun to play sports if there was no such thing as losing you just played no because its a thrill to know you won and didn't lose same thing with drinking your getting away with something illegal
