lower the drinking age to something like this:
- soft alcoholics like beer at the age of 16,
- hard alcoholics like vodka at the age of 18.
- also have stricter regulations on drunk driving: lower the limit to 0,0 per mil for the first two or three years after you got your license and have it revoked if you are being caught driving under the influence.
let them enjoy a beer but be tough when they are irresponsible with it.
also, get rid of the stupid "no drinking in public" law. you know what freedom is to me? drinking a beer whenever and wherever i want. nothing better than sitting on a bench next to the river, enjoying the sun and having a beer.

I remember talkin about a plan like that back when i was in school it just limited what kind of alcohol we were allowed to have witch is a good idea but with the ppl saying about lower the drinking age and there will be more drunk drivers could be true and prob would be but there are alot of responsible kids out there that would drive drunk i am one of them and all my friends i never drink unless i know im staying where im at and same with my friends even after 1 beer i dont feel anything but im still not gonna drive cause it wouldnt be worth it. And for the guy that said its bad to buy your 16 year old son a 300 hp car witch can go the same way there are some good kids out there that could handle a car like that my friends mom bought him an 02 trans am ws6 im not sure real number it around 320 i think when he was 16 band hasnt wrecked or got a ticket yet and hes 19 and my other friends dad bought him a shelby gt when he was 17 and it has around the same power and he babys that thing never pushes it. So its only irresponsible if you know your kid cant handle it. That just some proof that some kids can handle things but then there is a lot of dumb kids out there that cant handle some things.
