  • If you want the best overall tire that also hooks from a roll: Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02
  • If you want ultimate and mostly streetable straight line dry traction: Nitto 555RII
Also just as an FYI, if you use these sizes, you'll have some rubbing in the front at full steering lock (definitely at full left lock on the driver side, possibly full right lock on the passenger side).

I have the Michelin PS4S at 730-ish rwhp and it hooks all right from a 30-40 roll, plus I can drive on these tires in any weather, any condition except snow or sub-30 degree temps.

(The Continentals are a newer design (the "02" variant) and reported to be slightly better than the Michelins, but they don't come in the sizes I need and, subjectively their sidewall looks too bulgy for me. The PS4S has beautiful vertical sidewalls.)
