ECU File is here

Obd normal read whith Autotuner. If I were near you, I would come immediately.

I'm currently running my car on 95 German octane fuel. I'm running the tank low and then want to fill up with 98 octane. Is that sufficient, or should I use 100 octane? I don't know if that might fix the problem.
You should definitely use 98 or 100 octane, but it won't fix the problem. Octane level is associated with knock resistance, not energy density, ie these different types of gasoline are the same in terms of how much fuel the engine needs for the same amount of air entering the combustion chamber.

95 octane in the EU is equivalent to 90.7 US, and 98 octane is equivalent to 93.5 US. For your engine 93 octane (US) is strongly recommended, so your 98 (EU) should be good enough. If you see a lot of knock retard in the data log (see? this is why you want to buy that HP Tuners device), switching to 100 octane may help with that.
