Arrow N extGenSpeed Customer Service Question

Ordered the 2016 - 18 Camaro Smoked Exterior LED Lighting Kit 2 (Tail Lights,
Side Markers, Reflectors, + Third Brake Light)
for my 2017 and just received half my order (missing the brake lights and reflectors). I reached out to the support email because the phone number doesn’t work. I emailed a week ago asking for a shipping update and never heard back.

I’m pretty concerned. Has anyone had experience with N extGenSpeed customer service, or is there any contact info for someone who will actually respond?

Update: They did end up responding and letting me know they forgot to send the rest, and promptly sent the rest. They also sent replacement from marker lights but I'm sad to report they're just as bad as the first set.

All and all I think I got my moneys worth.
