2650 @ 15psi likely won't need any other cooling mods especially with some ethanol. Ethanol loves heat to help it burn efficiently. All of the additional cooling mods is usually needed when running a stock blower turned up on pump gas. It's apples to oranges. If the engine timing is optimized, then you would need to start pulling some out when MAT's creep into the 130's degree range on Pump. On Ethanol you can go another 40-50 degrees without pulling timing. I still pull a little out starting around 155 but I like to be conservative. I doubt you even see 150 degree MAT's with that setup anyways unless it sat in traffic idling on a 90 degree day but it would likely come down into the 120-130 range once you start moving.
