They are spec'd for a Gen5 Z/28 caliper, but they are NOT for the Z's CCM brake rotors.

Note that the 1395 and 1835 shapes are very similar. Just like the Gen6 copper content (non-BCD) shape vs the BCD shape, similiar but different.
