Tire Advice for replacing OEM goodyears

Just seeing if anyone has good advice on a good all season tire to replace the oem goodyear f1 run flats that is not real expensive.
I have 2 sets of wheels for my car, the wheels that came with it I put Michelin pilot sport 4 all seasons on it, I run those in colder months. when I got those they had a sale for buy 3 get one for $1 so a decent deal.
I have a second set of wheels that I had put the oem f1 run flats on because they were not going to give me anything for them and they are new since my car only had 7 miles on it when I bought it.
was going to go with the michelins again but there are no sales on them now and cost too much.
anybody have other good options that are less expensive or a good deal?
not really liking how rough the run flats ride, but I may just keep them on for now.
also the best place to get the tpms sensor programmer is amazon?
i did not realize you needed to program the sensors till the light came on.
thanks! and vxdas gl50448 is the correct tool for the sensors ?
