Ball joint and tie rod end is really the only thing that's going to make that noise over there. Strut bearing is going to be like boing sound similar to if you thump a spring.
Sway bar links are going to clack but turning won't really affect it.
Wheel bearing will growl like your driving in gravel.
Lower control arm bushing would make that sound but turning wouldn't make it, it would be more like bumps or hard braking nose dives.
Subframe bolts or bushings maybe. Wouldn't hurt to check how tight they are.

But it sounds like a dry socket from a balljoint by your description
