Ok, so it looks like mine does see an update now. Unfortunately, it needs the stars aligned just right before it will allow me to update it.
It's funny, it tells me I can try putting it in Park to make it work. I don't have a "Park" on my transmission, car... I did try the parking brake, with the car on, turning the car off and turning just the accessories on with a button press without pedals depressed (start button lit orange), still no go.
Oh well, it'll figure itself out eventually.
