Dan, E30% is a really safe place to be and it fulfills all the needed safety parameters for beating on the engine without any loss of power. I have also considered adding a BAP to spin the low side harder when the car is running Spicy, just to add measure.
The moral of the story is E47% on the hairy edge, E40% may be safe depending on conditions and E30% is really safe.

And the white car went out of your shop tuned to run E40% which is where you made the claimed power. But to be "really safe" the car shouldn't be run on E40%.
