Not cheap, but it looks like the real deal. It has a "console" mode that is essentially a passthrough for existing infotainment functionality, and offers a full wireless Android experience otherwise, it even has its own mic (so you can unplug the OnStar fuse without losing BT functionality). That said, it's a Chinese knockoff, so stability and reliability is essentially unknown.
The only thing I'd miss (but badly) is the spectrum lighting LED and tube around the edge, it seems that feature wasn't implemented. Here's a video the vendor posted about the unit:
