Yeah, I don't understand the extreme penny pinching GM does in so many areas. It's a guaranteed way to turn people off to them after a while, which then turns into bleeding sales and profit. I know their pumped up numbers are looking good right now, so they probably don't give a ****, yet this can't be a winning long term strategy.
Just from my personal example, they already lost 4 vehicle sales in my family that likely would've gone to GM if it weren't for their dumb decisions, and I'm sure I'm not alone. Of course, they will never know this and it won't show in their majestic stats.
