Upon physical inspection I found the air cleaner boot wiggle loose. But would that only affect one cylinder. I will figure out which cylinder is 5 and see if I can check plug and related wiring. Any other tips?

Plug, plug wire, coil, valve, sticking injector.
Cylinder 5 is the 3rd one back on the driver side. Ive have more problems from that one than any other. My headers are really close to the plug wire on that cylinder and have melted the plug wire boot before. Also my adventures into 7400 rpm helped me float that intake valve, which also ended up bending that pushrod.
