I have that problem on certain road surfaces. The tires will spin leaving the stop and the traction control is slow to respond with a flashing skid light. I tested the theory once , i put all my wheel speed sensors on a graph overlapping each other. You would be surprised how much spin you get and never know it's happening.
I'm not sure if this is your problem but it's food for thought.
