I put gas in it and change the oil, and it just goes. It has 230k on it so far, with a few hundred dollars in repairs. Some may find this a little far fetched but it still has the original oil pump!!!

It's not a Toyota, but my 2017 Honda Accord with the 3.5 liter just rolled over 200K yesterday, regular oil changes and maint stuff, burns no oil and cruises right along. Still has the original oil pump.
