Easier than differential bushings. Fairly straight forward video on their website. Two things that made it easy was that once the rear of the exhaust was disconnected, including the four hangers, tunnel brace, and exhaust loosened at the clamp and two bolts, I could push the exhaust towards the passenger side which created just enough room to access the stock part (red box). I also didn't see the need to remove the heat shield so I left it on.
You have to cut the old bushing out but thankfully a Sawzall and bi-metal blade made quick work of that. You definitely need a sharp utility knife to cut around the rubber. Overall, start to finish, including getting the vehicle in the air, and down again... about two hours.
