I am going from the OEM brake pads up to the dtc-60s and was wondering about opinions on ti shims. Ive heard both sides of the argument. Some people want to keep the heat out of the caliper while some do not want to keep all the heat in the pad. I am running the brake deflector kit as well.

Was looking for some opinions strictly on the shims side of things
