I'm not going to bore you with the actual install there's plenty of that available but some things I needed/wanted to do through out the process...First, the suitcase came off easily and the AWE instructions were spot on with no issues...
I've read where the suitcase removal makes for some wind resistance with the rear diffuser...And the GM ground effects diffuser looks to add to the problem with the encased tips... So after the muffler install I made a cardboard template and proceeded to make my own custom air deflector/brace for the ground effects diffuser...It fits perfectly and I've made it wide enough to direct some air to the exhaust tip holes...
