Those forums are a bit of a mess in my experience.

I also have used my bidirectional autel to do some snooping hence how I know about the lack of misfires.

My main problem is a rough idle at 600 rpm/stumble, small reduction in power (not proven but it feels that way) and gas mileage that started at 10mpg for some time under gentle driving that has now worked its way up to 18. I didn't drive the car much last year due to unfortunate circumstances so I'm trying to pick up where I left off with this issue.

You got a lot of conflicting info. You say you MAF is high for 600rpms and its 1.4lbs. The screenshot you posted is at 1000rpms and the MAF is at 1.4lbs. I guess wait for the weather to warm, then go for a drive and post of 5 minute log of the drive. I don't think you can post it here, but you can post in the Gen V section of hptuners, link it here for those to review. I can also see in my logs vs the video you posted, your o2 sensors oscillate different than mine. Mine goes low and high for longer periods, yours mostly stay low with occasional spikes. That could be because your are running rich, but my logs are the opposite. When go slightly lean, the oscillate low and when i'm rich they go high. I'm definitely not an expert, but i would log more channels. I just posted a log for your to review and compare to yours on Hptuners.
