Yeah, it will work. You need rotors, calipers, pads and hardware, plus brake shields and likely new brake lines, too.
IMO if you are still at stock power level, this move isn't a slam dunk. The car won't stop much quicker, 60-0 braking distance will be only 10 ft less (107 vs 117 ft) and you're unlikely to need the higher heat dissipation capacity of the large ZL1 brakes, but you'll add unsprung mass to all four wheels and continuously keep paying the price for that, on top of the pain of the upgrade cost, naturally.
If you really want that shorter braking distance, the SS 1LE 6-piston brakes are smaller and lighter than the ZL1's and deliver the exact same 107 ft from 60 to 0 while keeping the rear brakes the same as the SS.
That said, if you just want some big a** brake rotors and calipers to look good on the car, go right ahead

, you might as well go for the largest 398mm BCD rotors for maximum visual impact. After all, the Camaro isn't a rational car purchase to begin with, but it's sooo much fun
