I see that on my Camaro, too, although to a lesser degree. If I don't drive it hard enough for a while, the deposit layer thins out and eventually I start getting a slight whine when coming to a stop. A short re-bedding "session" fixes it for a long time, though, so it isn't a major deal.
However, it never gets to a point where the brakes would shudder or vibrate even slightly. These Brembos always stop like one would expect, ie as if a giant grabbed the front axle and pulled the whole car backwards straight up, no drama.
