Smile Stock 18' SS - Brake Pad/Rotor Longevity?

My 2018 Camaro SS only has about 32k miles on it however I am noticing a slight chirp on stops and an occasional shudder on hard braking. I never track the vehicle and just drive around town and some "spirited" highway driving but nothing out of the ordinary.

I had a recently oil change and inspection at a chevy dealer and they didn't say anything about the brakes but I am wondering if I am due to replace the pads? The stock brembos should last about 60-70k miles as long as I swap the pads on time?

Also for the replacement am I better off price wise at a non-dealer shop? My local chevy dealer seems super shady and always tries to upsell me on maint, etc.
