Just to point out: those are 19x11 and 19x12. They will fit a lower-model Camaro with careful tire selection, but they will also poke a bit in front. I feel like this isn't where the OP wants to go with things, but maybe he does.

That said, it would be worth his considering 19x10 and 19x11, with SS 1LE offsets we already discussed. I run a set of these for street driving and rain autocross/track use, and you just "+1" the aspect ratio for tire sizes to get the same outside diameter as the SS 1LE (285/35/19 and 305/25/19). MRR used to make ZL1 1LE replicas in this size that look good, fit, and are cheap; but they haven't sold those in several years. I have three sets of those for various uses.
Again, awesome info. I should have stated earlier, budget of up to $2k is probably ideal, although never know once one is spotted that has that "gotta have it" appearance. This is like most "hobbies" I get into, once you start down the rabbit hole....
