Looking for help from those with 1LE's

So, for a while now I have been having issues with my 1LE eLSD. It's been to a mechanic, looked good to them mechanically. Dealership looked at the car and after a discussion they also said the car was performing as normal. I am looking to see if those of you with the 1LE can tell me what your eLSD is displaying under a few different conditions. Just normal startup and idle % readout. What it display's when just cruising. During any turns, if it displays any different numbers. Any aggressive driving, how does it react?

My eLSD will display 0% at idle, but after driving the car a bit, it will float between 0-2%. When cruising, the car will also float around 0-2%. The issue I noticed is every time I start up the car the eLSD will constantly spike up to 100% fully coupling the eLSD. This will happen on turns and driving at in town speeds of up to 35mph. As far as I am aware, these events which I believe are the built in eLSD purge procedure for evacuating any air in the system. These events are only only to happen every few key on cycles, not every single time I start the car as I have been having happen. It's also not supposed to do it when turning, it's supposed to only allow these events at low speeds and when the car is straight.

During these events, the car will shift in the rear and unsettle when turning. Unfortunately, I can't figure out what the issue is or how I can get the dealership to understand the issue I am having. I am hyper aware of how the car handles and there has been a very noticeable change from this. I am afraid that something is wrong with the eLSD either mechanically, electrically or through software.

I have had the car aligned, I have done scheduled maintenance for fluid changes all on time. I have done the 1500 mile fluid change for the diff, and I have done it at 45k. Fluid always looked pretty good, no glitter.

According to the documentation from the dealership they sent me during the diagnosis, it says if the system has had a line opened at any point that a service bleed procedure needs to be performed to remove air from the system. They did not do this and told me the car is behaving as it should. It frustrated me as I know the car is not behaving correctly, even according to the exact documentation they sent me. It's just really sad that the car has been so confident to drive for 2 years I owned it, and now I am cautious when I drive it how I want to. I am supposed to take it to two track events this year and Tail of the Dragon a couple times.
