MRC shocks leaking

Hey everyone, seeking some advice/opinions on a warranty issue with my 2023 2SS Convertible (MRC, 18k miles).

Recently, the car hasn't been settling down correctly on valley/canyon roads—it feels 'bouncy.' While doing an oil change, I found the front shocks are fully soaked in oil. The rear shocks have some light seepage, but the fronts are definitely leaking.

I took it to the dealer for a warranty inspection. They texted me today saying: 'the tech did the inspection and the shocks from the front and rear are good.'

I've been looking at TSB 05-03-08-002J. Based on the criteria, my fronts are clearly a Condition 4 (Replace) leak—extreme wet film covering way more than 1/3 of the tube.
