Everyone is locked out of the VVE and Virtual Torque maps. HPTuners now requires that you take some bullshit mandated EPA courses in order to gain access to them.

Sucks, but that speaks to the current state of affairs that the car industry is in. Paywall this, lock out that, but fortunately, there are still workarounds for things.
