I know a performance shops should know....but have you tried a "bigger name" performance shop? I know RPM motorsports is in NC. I love their videos so id think they would have seen this before. May take more tuning/reading graphs to figure it out.
Past that, I hope it gets figured out for you and post a reply when it does im really curious.
