Extended warranties are just a form of legal gambling. The warranty company is betting your car won't break (and they get to keep your $). You are betting your car will break (and cost more than the extended warranty).

The only thing I would personally worry about at all is possible AFM lifter failure, and your powertrain warranty will still cover that for a few more years.

Also, the warranty companies always seem to find a way to weasel out of paying claims. Just take the $ you'd spend on an extended warranty and put it aside for future repairs.
