It's a good question. The attachment bolt patterns are the same, so that isn't an issue, but the big wang produces hundreds of pounds of downforce, which could cause the trunk lid to buckle under load.
Now, there were several deck lid variants, but the two "mainstream" parts are the one with structural reinforcement under the spoiler/wing attachment area, and the one without.
I think the SS got the reinforced lid already back in 2017, because the SS has a spoiler that does generate some downforce, unlike the LT that definitely received the non-reinforced variant, and the ZL1 1LE had already been well underway, so it probably made little sense for GM to fragment this part group any further.
What I'd do is check the deck lid part number on your car based on your VIN (a service department can do this with 100% certainty), and see its fitment information: if the ZL1 is listed there, you should be good to go.
There is nothing else you need to consider for this swap.
