Thats all for counties with Emissions testing. Dallas, tarrant, Travis, ones like that.
Its very easy to fool. Just tune out cat and evap codes, or run non foulers on your rear o2 sensors.
Its still illegal to tint your windshield but i see more now than i ever have. If you dont want to mount your front license plate put it on your dash or do like me and have it between the console And passenger seat to quickly place it on the dash as needed.
Need to get my inspection done. Are you saying I only need 1 sensor in the ready state and the rest can be "not ready"?
