Anderson Composites makes CF parts. I think you're referring to ACS Composites, and I've already spoken to them, they either purchased from GM directly or the same supplier and resold them, they can't get them anymore, either.


A quick Google search sheds a TON of light on GM's reputation for the way they treat their vendors and suppliers, I'm assuming what happened here is they pissed off whoever was making them and when they told GM they were no longer interested in doing business with them, GM didn't care to source another supplier since the car was no longer in production.


I'd have more respect for them just acknowledging that then them trying to cite "iT's aN aCCeSsOrY paRT" as their justification for refusing to source them. They'll never convince me that a "Parts and Accessories Program Manager" doesn't know the difference.
