I noticed with buying mine used that the options didn’t really seem to be factored into the program at all relative to other 2SS manual models for sale with similar year and miles (ie a 2020 2SS with no options and one with $11k options were about the same price used, assuming neither is a 1LE). It’s really the official 1LE option that seems to hold its value more. The a la cart options don’t seem to as much.
Only in the private market. Dealers won't give you much extra for it (if any) because Chevy made it a package instead of a trim. If it were a trim, like for example Mach 1 on the Mustang, then the 1LE would have a better trade in value. Of course the dealer will retail it as a 1SS/2SS 1LE after only paying 1SS or 2SS book value.

And yes, adding a bunch of random options doesn't add much value to the vehicle. A dealer will pay a little bit extra if it's an automatic and if it has a sunroof. Things like footwell lighting, graphics packages, sport pedals, etc don't hold value.
