Which was lower than my street data logs, I believe due to the 93F ambient temps and belt slip (I was logging 1 psi less than my earlier data logs)

My first data log with this combo had a cylinder mass of 1.77g during that same RPM spread with a peak of 1.81g

Gabe, do you have Dynamic Airflow in your channels? That's ultimately what the ECU uses for it's final airflow. It's a combination of some parts MAF and some parts VVE until over 4000rpm, where in all GM ECU's I've dealt with, it then equals filtered MAF data, regardless of how you set the dynamic RPM switchover point.

So basically anywhere above 4000rpm, and especially at WOT, the Dynamic Airflow channel IS the MAF airflow. That would be the lb/min to use for this HP estimation.
