Replaced a sensor in drivers side rear tire and cannot get it to learn.

Using OEC-T5 tool, learns driver front, passenger front, passenger rear, and won't learn drivers rear.

Sensor is a HUF 315/433 MHz sensor. I've set the pressure up and down on the tire a few times and driven it hoping that it was the issue, it hasn't solved the issue.

It says something about programming it for the vehicle, I think this is the step I'm missing. Is this something I can borrow from an autozone/advanced auto or purchase on Amazon?
