Another quick update. It's very likely that some here already know this. Edelbrock MAF/MAP harness only has the IAT portion of the TMAP wired in. They use the factory MAP sensor for manifold pressure and the provided 2 bar sensor for IAT only. Waste of a sensor and a very bizarre way of doing things.

In any event, pulled the two pins out of the 3 pin plug and ran them into a gm 4 bar sensor. Reading correctly now on the 4 bar and things look good. Took all of 10 minutes, and the harness still looks like it grew there. Like I said before, I will add this into the full writeup from start to finish. If for nothing else, when I cant remember what the hell I did to the car a year ago
