I don't think a cam swap alone is worth doing on these cars, as others have already indicated. Better to start with a power target and figure out what it takes to reach it, rather than go with the "let's change this one thing and see how much it helps with performance" strategy.

AFM lifters definitely need to be gone, a Katech oil pump swap is a wise choice while the engine is open, the new cam will want different valve springs, then if OP wants more power, he may need a larger CAI, throttle body, long tube headers and a different cat setup, fueling may need to be improved for E85 that is an absolute no brainer to add... in terms of labor, unless he can do it all, this may well be too expensive for him considering for the power gains, so he might as well throw in forced induction.
