The melting wire problem can take weeks/months to show up, but it is a big problem when it does.

That's one of my fears. I'll be pissed at myself if I had a perfectly well running strong car that I screwed up do to me needing a louder exhaust. I'll look into the guarantees though I've been recommended a few shops in my area I am yet to look into. Thanks for the help!
