Its pretty rich. I would do plugs and retest.
Once you've done plugs clear the freeze frame data and fuel trim. At idle is the only one you want to look at on this one because of the consistency.
On your retest look at fuel trim from cold, 3 mins after startup, and at operating temp.
Cold, you're still going to be negative because of cold start fueling, 3 mins its not going to be much better but it should be moving toward 0, at operating temp it should be between -5 and +5 on both long and short term.
