either spec will hold the caliper on. the thread locker will keep it from backing off. in my opinion the 111 will be less likely to start trying to pull the threads out of the knuckle over time or several brake jobs later. but me personally i just hit them with and impact and put the wheel on. ive never had a brake bolt try and back off and ive never had a customer come back because their caliper has come loose.
