I really like the Yokohama Advan Apex V601. They are really good tires that warm up quick. They work very well in the rain (I've been 100+mph) and they are very confidence inspiring. I've had them to 170mph in the dry.
I run my cold pressures at 30-32psi in the Summertime, and 28-30psi in the winter.
